Elizabeth Moran, MD is a family medicine physician and the director of MAT services for COPE Community Services in Tucson AZ. She first registered for her buprenorphine X waiver in 2008 while working at a FQHC in Boston, MA. In 2011 she moved to Tucson, AZ to train residents in Family Medicine at the University of Arizona training program. While at the University of Arizona, she worked in the outpatient clinics, in the hospital, with families through a mobile health program, and in the newborn nursery and postpartum floor. In 2020, at the start of the pandemic, she joined COPE's Integrated Providers team. Her current work with COPE at the OTP (opiod treatment program) includes management of medications for substance use disorder as well as primary care throughout the lifespan. She loves to collaborate with the treatment team and appreciates the patient-centered approach of the behavioral health organization.
