Danis Russell, MA, MBA, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Genesee Health System, Flint, Michigan, since 1999. Prior to GHS, he ran CMHs in New Jersey and Ohio. He has over 45 years experience in the CMH world as a clinician and administrator. In 2017, he received the National Council's Award of Excellence for Leadership, and he is NAMI Michigan's Administrator of the Year for 2022.
