Laura Santa Cruz, MBA is the Director of Integrated Clinics at COPE Community Services, Inc., an integrated healthcare organization in Tucson, Arizona. In her role, Laura is responsible for the daily operation and performance of integrated clinic services, where she emphasizes the development, implementation, and monitoring of systems that focus on quality patient care. Laura also serves as a CARF Behavioral Health Program Surveyor, a role that allows her to provide peer consultation as well as learn from the innovative ideas of other organizations for the overall improvement of service delivery. Laura has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Laura’s passions include addressing health disparities through health literacy education which factors in social determinants of health and developing service models which reduce wait times and increase access to integrated healthcare solutions. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband Erick and Daughter Karisma traveling, playing or watching sports, and taking in the Great Outdoors.
