Ready to up your skills as an Instructor? We’ll focus on bringing your heart and lived experience to MHFA and share effective classroom management tools for virtual and in-person trainings. National Trainers will focus on authentic teaching styles that emphasize the pitfalls in fidelity and storytelling that connect it all back to your personal "WHY." We’ll analyze discussion points and activities that could distract you, as well as pivot points that will help keep you on time and on topic.

Learning Objectives:

Define your “WHY.” What personally drives you to teach MHFA?
Introduce weaving lived experience into the curriculum while maintaining fidelity using the guideline of S.T.O.R.Y.
Analyze discussion points and activities that can distract from the timing of training and calculate potential pitfalls and pivot points that will allow you to stay focused and ensure program fidelity.
