The shift towards integrated, whole person care and value-based payment models and managed care in the health and human services industry is pushing providers to consider new operating models and systems, as well as explore new partners and partnership models that can collectively drive population health initiatives. This session is for organizations and leaders interested in provider partnerships and network development and will discuss considerations for formation and implementation of clinically integrated networks and IPA structures, as well as showcase examples from states.
