In rolling out her book, Dare to Lead, with Fortune 500 companies, the US Armed Forces and non-profit organizations Dr. Brené Brown and her team of Certified Dare to Lead Facilitators work to create braver leaders and to instill more courage into our cultures. Courage is teachable. We know, based on research, that courage is rooted in four skill sets, Rumbling with Vulnerability, Living into Values, BRAVING Trust and Learning to Rise. This presentation will provide an introduction to courage culture and the four courage skill sets.
