Get practical steps to follow, whether you are in a grant-funded CCBHC program or within a PPS-rate eligible state that will help you understand the cost of your CCBHC service delivery model. We’ll review the CCBHC program and how to build an operational budget that encompasses a total budget concept. Key performance indicators will be identified and best practices reviewed on how to manage financial performance against constraints of reimbursement. Case studies will highlight concrete work steps to understanding cost of care in different environments and problem-solving approaches to address gaps in funding.
