You’ll find out how to move from a “perfection focused” QI supervision model to a “delegated authority” CQI delegation model, how to start “trusting” staff with decision-making, get pointers on moving supervisors/managers to a more risk-based timely decision-making model of change management support and establish the difference between supervision, managing and leadership in an integrated health care system.

Demonstrate how to "coach up" staff through delegating authority and responsibility to staff.
