Vidya Ayyr, MPH, CHWI, CEO/Founder BrainCharge

Vidya Ayyr is dynamic and forward-thinking public health leader who has dedicated 15+ years to improving the health equity of vulnerable populations. In the role of CEO and founder of BrainCharge, Vidya advocates for unpaid family caregivers who are supporting loved ones with brain-related trauma, injury or illness. Her international upbringing in England, Sweden and Canada has catalyzed her passion for promoting cultural diversity, human rights, and volunteerism. Vidya has a Masters of Public Health from the University of Texas Health Science Center and is a certified Mental Health First Aid USA instructor. Vidya remains active in her community and serves with the North Texas Food Policy Council, the Junior League of Dallas, and was recognized as a Rising Star under 40 by Becker's Hospital Review.
