Rob’s corporate career at Dow, a Fortune 50 company, spanned more than 30 years. During that time, he held various executive roles in business management, community leadership and corporate philanthropy. Each member of his family has, in their own way, created positive social change at home and at work, advancing LGBTQ, mental health, autism and youth empowerment.
