Pastor Veron Blue is the Founder and Executive Director of Faith & Community Wellness Center, Inc. (FCWC), a nonprofit organization based in San Antonio, Texas. For decades, she has served in community-focused organizations, partnering with WestCare Texas, San Antonio Fighting Back, Drug Education for Youth, NAMI-Bridges to Care, BEAT AIDS, and several others.

Her passion is to teach church leaders how to effectively engage people with their congregations and communities who are experiencing mental health crisis. She also assists with developing mental health programs within churches and organizations, training churches in the areas of mental health, and assisting them in becoming trauma informed care certified.

Veron is a:
 Board-Certified Master Mental Health Coach with the International Board of Christian Care.
 Member and Certified Life Coach with American Association of Christian Counsellors (AACC).
 Fellow, 2023 Healthy Communities with the Aspen Institute
 Fellow, 2021 San Antonio Compassionate Institute.
 Serves on the Governance Council of South Texas Trauma Informed Care Consortium.
 American University in Washington, D.C., AA

She is one of the Founders and Senior Pastors of Family Life International Ministries in San Antonio, Texas, alongside her husband, Bishop Alfred Blue, Jr.
