Taylor Morgan is the Suicide Prevention Training and Outreach Facilitator for the State of Nevada Office of Suicide Prevention. An instructor in Youth Mental Health First Aid since 2015, Taylor is a born and raised Nevadan and graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno. Prior to his current position, he spent 19 years working for a non-profit in Reno, Nevada dedicated to serving families and youth in need. He is passionate about working with others to help prevent suicide. Taylor is also a certified instructor for safeTALK and Adult Mental Health First Aid, and in 2022, Taylor had the distinct honor of receiving the National Mental Health First Aid Instructor of the Year as presented by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. In addition, he also works in sports media as a professional sports announcer for both the collegiate level Nevada Wolf Pack athletics, as well as the Reno Aces, the AAA affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks.
