Jessica Safier, M.A. is the Program Manager of the Smoking Cessation Leadership Center at the University of California, San Francisco.
She has spent 18 years in the behavioral health field working on large scale tobacco cessation grants such as the California Behavioral Health and Wellness Initiative and the Medi-Cal Incentives to Quit Smoking Project. Her background also includes work in crisis counseling, maternal health, and cancer control.
She has a B.A. in Communications and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University.
