Victoria Ackman is an expert in the field of behavioral health and child welfare. Her career spans more than 20 years and remains focused on helping improve the well-being of young people. She began her career as a therapist in Cincinnati with Camelot Community Care, followed by a position as the vistation center administrator for Butler County (OH) Children’s Services. Victoria joined Lighthouse Youth & Family Services in 2007 as the assistant director for foster care. Since then she has held several positions, including Clinical Service Coordinator for Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, Clinical Services Manager, and is currently the Vice President of Clinical Services. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in social work from Northern Kentucky University and her Master’s degree in social work from Spaulding University.
