Isaiah Febus (he/him/his), OhioRISE Care Management Entity Director, Lighthouse Youth & Family Services. Isaiah has extensive experience with the foundation of care coordination services, High-Fidelity Wraparound, and a passion for helping youth and families. Isaiah's focus on access and equity brings a fantastic opportunity to be a leader in DEI and Health Equity. Isaiah's commitment to and knowledge of OhioRISE principles and presenting needs of multi-system works with families and young adults in developing essential skills to help ground and grow their communities' system of care, so overall resources expand to help kids with behavioral health needs. Isaiah also leads the Youth Advisory Council, which works towards developing leaders from youth with lived experience to implement a coordinated plan to prevent and end youth homelessness.
