Andrea Kimball, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Missouri, works within the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH) as the Director of Quality and Compliance for the Division of Behavioral Health (DBH). Andrea leads three teams that certify and monitor community treatment programming for mental health and substance use services in the state of Missouri. Prior to joining the DMH, she provided direct care services to individuals in her role as an LPC. Andrea has both a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, as well as a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Central Methodist University.
