Eric Embry is the COO of LifeSkills, Inc. as well as the Interim Facility Director of Western State Hospital, an acute psychiatric care facility owned by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. As the former CEO of Pennyroyal Center, he assisted in guiding the board of directors and staff to merge with LifeSkills in January of 2020, creating one of Kentucky’s largest community mental health centers. Eric has a BS from Austin Peay State University and MBA from Murray State University.
