Brittany Whittington, LMSW currently serves as the Director of Accountable Care initiatives at Integral Care. She leads Integral Care's Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) program and oversees the clinical operations for complex case management and value-based care services. She is dedicated to improving the health status of vulnerable populations and operationalizing the agency's behavioral health home initiatives intended to encourage the integration of physical wellness and mental health. Ms. Whittington previously served as the Population Health Administrator at Integral Care, using analytics and population profiles to identify at-risk patients and provide targeted interventions, with the goal of supporting high-quality outcomes that allow our clinical systems to thrive in an environment of value-based, accountable reimbursement. In addition to her experience in grant administration, Brittany has completed a number of Return on Investment analyses for innovative programming at Integral Care. In her role, she routinely performs quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify cost and utilization trends and to support the improvement of organizational performance. Her Return on Investment reports have been featured by the National Council for its role in identifying decreased utilization of emergency services through the implementation of a mental health option for 911 calls.
