Johnell Lawrence is currently the Director of Equity and Belonging at Vibrant Emotional Health in NYC. Previously, Johnell worked at the NYC

addressing systems of oppression in organizations and public health programming by disrupting inequitable processes
and biases that reinforce persistent harm caused through racism, sexism, transphobia, homophobia and other forms of
oppression. Their work also focuses on facilitating critical conversations around the impacts of racism, transphobia,
homophobia, sexism, oppression on an organization's overall imapct. The goal is to center healing, liberation and collaboration amongst all stakeholders while building bridges and reimagining all systems as a whole.
