Miriam Tardif-Douglin is the Senior Manager of Research and Policy for CaroNova, an initiative of the North Carolina Healthcare Foundation, where she is responsible for systems measuring program impact and analyses of emerging policy opportunities. The North Carolina Healthcare Foundation is the 501(c)3 non-profit arm of the North Carolina Healthcare Association (NCHA). With a membership of more than 130 hospitals and healthcare systems across North Carolina, NCHA is committed to supporting member efforts to improve care for their patients and their communities.
Prior to her work at CaroNova, Ms. Tardif-Douglin was a public health analyst at RTI, International. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Policy, as well as a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
