Ms. Victoria H. Rodriguez, MA, LPC-Supervisor holds a master’s degree in Psychology. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with 18 years of service in the public mental health system with a focus on the Medicaid and uninsured populations. She spent 16 years with the Local Mental Health and Intellectual and Developmental Disability Authority, 10 years in leadership responsible for the service delivery of pediatric and adult psychiatric and case management services, intellectual and developmental disability service coordination and long-term services and supports, and targeted case management for early childhood intervention. She is currently the Director of Population Health for Driscoll Health Plan, providing oversight and development services for Members with Special Health Care Needs. Programming includes case and disease management, transition planning, resource coordination, integrated behavioral health and pediatric and maternal health homes. Areas of focus include behavioral health and social work, medically complex care, maternal health, and early childhood intervention.
