Kim Livingstone, PhD, MSW is the Director of the Social Work Program and Assistant Professor in Social Work at Plymouth State University. Her areas of scholarship include the implementation and effectiveness of services assisting with transitions in care for people at risk of experiencing homelessness, including Critical Time Intervention and other best practices. Currently, she is working with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services to implement 10 programs across the state to assist individuals transitioning into the community following a psychiatric hospitalization. Dr. Livingstone also works closely with New Hampshire’s Youth Action Board, a group of youth and young adults with lived experience in homelessness involved in solving youth homelessness and advoacting for systems changes across the state.
