Brandy Gadino, MA, AVP Regional Quality, Beacon Health Options, has worked in Quality for over 20 years in the behavioral health managed care environment. Brandy has experience obtaining and maintaining Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities accreditation, restructuring Quality and Risk Programs, developing outcomes management systems, and spearheading large program implementations such as Drug Medi-Cal ODS. Additionally, Ms. Gadino has been involved in maintaining complex audit systems and programs to ensure the California Department of Managed Health Care, Department of Health Care Services, Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC), National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), and Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®) compliance. Brandy earned her Master of Arts in experimental psychology from California State University, Northridge and her Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of California, San Diego. She is a published author in the Journal of Research on Adolescence.
