Dr. Patrick Rowley - a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified School Counselor - serves as the Director, Clinical Operations and Programming at Sesh, an easy-to-use mental health platform for online support groups led by licensed and/or board-certified therapists. Through his role at Sesh, Patrick strives to create programming that aims to de-stigmatize mental health for marginalized populations and non-pathologize how all members experience mental health. Outside of Sesh, Patrick is most passionate about researching / publishing articles on post-secondary planning for individuals experiencing emotional disturbances and homelessness as well as providing meaningful supervision to pre-licensed clinicians. Through this presentation he hopes to inform and educate participants on the power of support groups and how the Sesh platform may be structured to best support individualized mental health needs.
