Adam Falcone, JD, MPH, is a partner in Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP’s national health law practice, where he counsels a diverse spectrum of community-based organizations that render primary and behavioral health care services. Falcone’s legal advice focuses on fraud and abuse, reimbursement and payment matters as well as antitrust and competition matters related to provider networks and managed care contracting. Prior to joining the law firm, Mr. Falcone served as program and policy counsel at the Alliance of Community Health Plans, a national association of non-profit and provider-owned health plans, and represented the Alliance before the congress and executive branch. Mr. Falcone began his legal career in Washington, DC, as a trial attorney in the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice. As a member of the Health Care Task Force, he led and participated in civil antitrust investigations and litigation of anticompetitive activity by physicians, health plans and provider networks. He earned his law degree cum laude from Boston University School of Law, where he was an Edward F. Hennessey Scholar, and received a concentration in Health Law, with honors. After law school, he clerked for The Honorable Jefferson L. Lankford of the Arizona Court of Appeals. Mr. Falcone earned his master’s in public health from Boston University School of Public Health, earning a concentration in health policy and management and a certificate in gerontology. He holds an undergraduate degree from Brandeis University.
