Katlyn Monje is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Clinical Supervisor at CODAC Health, Recovery & Wellness in Tucson, Arizona, where she oversees staff, contractors, interns and volunteers in CODAC’s substance use treatment and sexual assault crisis and support programs. She has worked for CODAC for more than a combined five years as a Recovery Coach, Therapist, and Supervisor. Katlyn leads the Pima County Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) and sits on numerous task forces to improve access to care, victims services, and restorative justice initiatives. Her previous experience includes working with children in the behavioral health residential setting, with Councilwoman Regina Romero (now Mayor of the City of Tucson) and city constituents at the Tucson City Council, and with military members at the Veterans Administration. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona and her master’s degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. She has found great passion in working with both the substance use disorder and sexual assault survivor populations and sees these as career-long focus areas.
