ST2 - Pacific Clinics and Salesforce: Partnering to Achieve Health Equity

Learn how Pacific Clinics, California’s largest nonprofit behavioral health organization, is digitally transforming behavioral health services with Provisio Partners to leverage cutting-edge technology to: 1) Integrate the EHR with Salesforce to interface with health plans, obtaining a 360-degree patient view to improve health outcomes, increase staff satisfaction, and reduce administrative costs; 2) Increase the availability of mobile-crisis services with a team including mental health professionals, first responders, and peer specialists as an alternative to law enforcement involvement; and 3) Combine our School-Based Intervention Team framework with Salesforce technology resulting in a 300% increase of school-based mental health services.
