The Zero Suicide Data Dashboard is a tool to help health care systems track and measure suicide care outcomes. Leaders from two health care systems will share their experiences collecting data and engaging in quality improvement efforts related to suicide care. The Zero Suicide Data Dashboard will be publicly available to health care leaders Spring 2023 at ZeroSuicide.EDC.org.

Learning Objectives:

Explain key elements of a comprehensive suicide care approach in health care systems that leads to a reduction in patient’s suicide behaviors and deaths.
Describe organizational practices regarding how health care systems can collect and use high quality, meaningful data to engage in continuous quality improvement related to suicide care.
Examine how using the Zero Suicide Data Dashboard will help health care systems meet The Joint Commission National Patient Safety Goal on Suicide Prevention.
