A partnership among The Duke Endowment, the South Carolina Hospital Association and the North Carolina Healthcare Association, CaroNova identifies where population health outcomes in the Carolinas underperform before engaging providers, patients and community members for input on systemic solutions to test as a basis for payment and policy reform. This presentation explores CaroNova’s systems approach as we lead the Carolinas in transforming the current mental health system into one that is holistic, collaborative, and focused on the wellbeing of youth.
