Assessing organizational preparedness goes much further than looking at peer support programming. We’ll look deeply into what it means to have a recovery-oriented system of care, culture of healing, applicable exploration of implicit and explicit bias and a culture that promotes staff retention, wellbeing and genius. Assess your organizational dedication, resources and philosophy as they relate to an organizational culture of healing and recovery-oriented system of care and get practical tools and best practices to make changes.
