Organizations across the country continue to seek innovative approaches to combat the fentanyl crisis, rising opioid use in adolescents and adults, restrictions in access to reproductive care and barriers to hepatitis C treatment. We will discuss treatment solutions pertaining to these areas of concern, all made available in an integrated outpatient setting. By sharing our innovative interventions and positive outcomes, COPE will provide a blueprint for other providers to replicate treatment approaches. In addition, we will discuss CPT and HCPCS coding for these services and suggest where to seek funding if not already available.

Learning Objectives:

Replicate evidence-based medication-assisted treatment in their own clinics.
Identify the clinic infrastructure needed to implement best practices.
List potential funding avenues to expand their delivery of care.
