NYSSBA is looking for student exhibits that highlight students' and teachers' creativity in three categories:
- Innovative Programs
- Peer or Community Engagement
- Student Support Initiatives
Show Details
NYSSBA's 2023 Annual Convention & Education Expo will take place October 26 - 28 at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center, 153 Franklin Street, Buffalo, NY, 14202.
Your display must remain in place and staffed during show hours.
- Thusday, October 26: afternoon, hours 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
- Friday, October 27: all day, hours 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Booth Details
- Student booths are provided at no charge to the district
- A booth is 10'x10 and includes: 6' skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, carpet, ID signage
- Includes twelve (12) student registrations and three (3) supervising adult registrations (students must be supervised by adults at all times)
- Listing in our Convention App and Website
- Limited Wi-Fi suitable for checking email
- Space is extremely limited
- Student booths will be assigned beginning May 15
- DOES NOT include: internet, electricity and audio-visual needs. These are available for separate fees through the Exhibitor Service Kit to be released in Summer 2023.

August 8: Booth Staff Registration/Housing Reservations Open
October 13: Booth Staff Registration closes
October 26: Move-in: 8:00 a.m. - 12 p.m.
October 27: Move-out: 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
