Student Photos – Exclusive
Your logo on the intro and exit slides of the student photo gallery on a continuous loop, displayed during walk-in of the Opening Session and on monitors during the event.

Tag Team Talk – Exclusive
"Ideas worth spreading". In the style of TED, a 20-minute engagement that provides a perfect opportunity to describe an action plan that helped to create trust and a stronger relationship between the superintendent and board, stability of the governance team or unification of the district’s messaging. On-site visibility includes signage in a dedicated session room.

Your logo on a phone charging station on the expo floor in the Convention Center. 

Convention Pens – Exclusive – $5,500 – Sold to Lamb & Barnosky
A pen provides a fun and creative way to get your company’s name and logo in all Convention attendees’ hands. This giveaway extends your company’s visibility beyond the 3-day event.

Transportation Routes - Qty 4 - $5,000 each
Help attendees and your fellow exhibitors get from their hotels to the Convention Center.

High Honors Sponsorships

Students for Social Justice Presentations – Exclusive – $6,000
A 75-minute session featuring student sharing their projects on social issues and civic engagement. On-site visibility includes signage in a dedicated session room.

W-Fi Access – Exclusive – $7,500
Attendees and exhibitors rely on Wi-Fi while at Convention to get work done. Work with NYSSBA to create the password.

Constant Coffee – Exclusive – $9,000
It’s one good reason to get out of bed in the morning and keeps you running for the rest of the day. Promote your company in conjunction with one of our attendees’ favorites – Coffee.

Convention App Splash Screen – Exclusive – $9,500 – Sold to Turner Construction
The exclusive and most updated source of Convention information on-site, downloaded by almost 1,500 users, the official Convention App is an excellent way to get exposure before, during and after Convention.

Aisle Signs – Exclusive – $10,000
Help attendees find their way around the Education Expo floor and reinforce your company brand by having your logo displayed on each floor applique aisle sign.

Student Showcase – Exclusive – $12,000 - Sold to Ingerman Smith
One of the most popular features of Convention, members never miss a chance to visit the student booths where students proudly demonstrate their innovative progams, peer or community engagement and student support initiatives.

Name Badge Lanyards – Exclusive – $12,500 – Sold to PERMA
A sponsorship where everyone will know your name. One of the most highly visible opportunities to have your company’s name printed on 2,000 lanyards.

Closing Keynote – Exclusive – $14,500
Closing out Convention, this session will wrap the event and send attendees back to their district with energy and inspiration to continue their journey of school board service.

A great prelude to the NYSSBA's signature annual event. This enjoyable element to the opening day is an opportunity to meet and greet all attendees.

Opening Keynote – Exclusive – $20,000 – Sold to Utica National
Our Thursday evening Opening Keynote is a highly-motivational session and features remarks from industry leaders, annual award presentations and a powerful speaker – a great way to start the Convention!
