Paul Gully is a principal transportation planner at the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) where he leads projects and initiatives focused on inclusive and sustainable mobility, and expanding accessibility. Prior to his current position, Paul managed projects in support of the "Southern Nevada Strong Regional Plan," including those related to extreme heat and healthy food access, as a senior regional planner at the RTC.
The "Southern Nevada Extreme Heat Vulnerability Analysis," which Paul managed, recently received an American Planning Association Excellence in Sustainability Award. Prior to joining the RTC in 2016, Paul studied public policy at the University of Michigan where he focused on local and regional policy and planning.
