Jing Zhang, AICP, is a musician, planner, and software developer. With APA, Jing serves as the Chair of the International Division, the Co-Chair of the Japan-United States Collaboration Interest Group, and the webmaster of the Asian and Pacific Islander Interest Group. Jing is the founder of two tech startups: Codeswitch Studio and Planning.Community. Jing holds a master's degree in Music from Beijing Normal University and a master's in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University and works at Morgantown Monongalia MPO, WV.
