Nathan Hutson, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Urban Planning at the University of North Texas. He is a specialist in transportation infrastructure policy and planning - particulary in the context of the former Soviet Union. He has 15 years of experience as a transportation planner. His recent research relates to planning adaptions for neurdiverse populations, particularly in the context of job accessiblity. In addition, he is a core member of the APA's Ukraine Rebuilding Action Group (URAG) and the Ro3kvit Urban Coalition for Ukraine. Dr. Hutson holds a PhD in Urban Planning and Developement from the University of Southern California. He has worked as a consultant for Cambridge Systematics, the Environmental Defense Fund and The World Bank.
