Paul Molino is the Managing Partner and one of the founding partners at RMMS Legal, an intellectual property law firm focusing exclusively in the pharmaceutical/biotech space. Paul is registered to practice before the USPTO and holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. Paul has extensive experience handling complex patent infringement litigation matters in federal courts throughout the US. Paul and RMMS have been involved in many of the seminal pharmaceutical patent cases over the last 20 years and their clients, whether it be small biotech start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, span the globe.
In addition to his litigation experience, Paul's practice focuses on patent due diligence work, patent counseling, patent portfolio management and life-cycle management. Paul and RMMS help their clients get their products to market by navigating the intersection of patents, regulatory issues, research & development and pharmaceutical business concerns.
Paul and RMMS have experience with drug delivery systems, drug design, CMC issues, pharmaceutical development and formulations issues, pharmacodynamics, gene therapies and pharmaceutical products ranging from small synthetic compounds to large, complex biologics/biosimilars/proteins ... and everything in between.
Paul is also a pretty good juggler.
