Quantitative Systems Pharmacology approaches use and combine data from in vitro studies, in vivo studies and previous clinical studies in addition to incorporating the understanding of the biological system and pharmacologic mechanism of action of the drug. The presentation will go over examples of the application of these approaches in the drug development of ADCs.
