The current assays to assess humoral and cellular responses to cell therapies will have their utility and limitations discussed. We will debate if new assays would be more informative.
Learning Objectives:
Identify methods to detect total immune responses as well as to identify immune targets (domain mapping) for cellular and humoral antibody assays.
Determine what analytes are relevant for measuring cellular immune responses to allogeneic cell therapy products.
Identify potential mechanisms that anti-Cell Product antibodies can have on cell therapies and how they can be monitored.
