Stu Goldberg is a partner with Eastman & Smith Ltd., and a member of its litigation section. Stu’s practice focuses on representing individuals and companies in product liability matters, fire losses, fraud investigations, and other claims, large and small. Stu, a graduate of Amherst College and Boston University School of Law, is a past president of the Toledo Bar Association, is active in several non-profits and, most importantly, he is one member of a very nice family with whom he is proud to belong.
