Reimagining the Civic Commons | U3 Advisors
As the Learning Network Expansion Manager for Reimagining the Civic Commons, Amanda works to curate and design spaces for convening, shared learning, and connection across the Civic Commons Learning Network.
Prior to joining Reimagining the Civic Commons, Amanda was an organizer and partner for the Knight Foundation Public Spaces Forum and the Black in Design Conference at Harvard University. Her work is informed by her background in architectural design, and she is active in her local design community,
selected as a member of the Civic Leadership Program of the New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and presently co-chairing the Chapter’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
Amanda holds a Master in Design Studies from Harvard University, where she was elected as her program’s Class Marshal. She is also a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, with a Bachelor of Architecture, magna cum laude. She is a licensed architect in New York and Pennsylvania and a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Organization of Minority Architects.
