Kelsey Hughes is the Branch Manager at the Savage Branch of Howard County (Md.) Library System. Previously, she has served as Librarian III and, prior to that, Adult and Teen Services Specialist for Prince George’s County (Md.) Memorial Library System. She is a passionate library advocate who specializes in effective library programming and instruction and statewide facilitator of trainings and workshops about teen services, impactful customer service, and inclusion in libraries. When not at the library, she lives in Baltimore with her partner, their tabby cat and Husky mix dog.
