Heather is a library coordinator for Richardson ISD. She has been in education for 23 years and is finishing her 16th year as a librarian. She is active in AASL, the School Library Event Promotion committee, TASL, YART, the TLA Intellectual Freedom committee and the TALL Texans and Q&A Round Tables. She has a strong passion and belief in the equity and social justice that librarianship brings to students and school communities.
