Connecting readers with our collections remains a fundamental part of library services — but too often, this work is done with little or no organizational support or funding. In an interactive session focused on small group discussion, Stephanie and Kaite will walk attendees through a process focused on connecting your readers' advisory work with strategic goals, applying the principles of strategic planning to advocate for this essential service, leaving attendees with a greater understanding of preparing for and the elements of strategic planning and how to tie organizational strategies, goals and/or outcomes to readers' advisory service.
