Polish jazz drummer, pianist and composer. He is a teacher by education. In 2011–2014 he was a student of the Syddansk Musikkonservatiorum in Odense (Denmark), which resulted in a second MA diploma. In 2014, he received a scholarship at the Prins Claus Conservatorie in Groningen (the Netherlands) in the program "New York comes to Groningen". In 2016, he qualified for the Danish study program "Jazz Soloist" at Syddansk Musikkonservatorium Odense (2016-2019), after which he earns the highest academic title in the Danish music education system. He is a scholarship holder of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage in the field of music.
In Poland, he is associated with the following formations: ZK Collaboration, Weezdob Collective, Adam Zagórski Quartet, Zagórski / Kądziela Collaboration, Ulyanica, Zagajewski / Pawlik, Włodek Pawlik Trio, Poznań Jazz Philharmonic Orchestra. He also collaborates in projects with foreign musicians playing with them all over Europe: Gustavo Trifonoff, Dominique Di Piazza, Igor Zakus, Attila Muehl, Jasper Greve, Hans Peter Salentin, John Hollenbeck, Claus Waitlow, Brian Massaka, June Koo, Ehud Ettun, Henrique Eisenman, Lihi Haruvi, Briana Perez, Alexandr Sipiagin, Anders Mogensen, Erik Orum von Spreckelsen.
Since 2015, he has been a member of the staff of the International Jazz Workshop "Cho-Jazz". He is also a lecturer at "Internal Compass Summer Music Retreat" in Mitzpe Ramon, Israel. Adam Zagórski was a speaker at the international conference on ideas worth promoting TEDx Piotrkowska Street in Łódź, talking about the balance in the musician's life . He is also a percussion instructor at the Chodzieski House of Culture with which he has been associated since 2004. Adam Zagórski since 2021 is a lecturer at Grażyna & Kiejstut Bacewicz Academy of Music in Łodź (Poland) on Institute of Instrumentalist Jazz and Rhytmic Music.
