Ph.D. Candidate
McGill University, United States
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics and a master’s degree in Biostatistics from Université de Montréal. In my Master’s, I was interested in novel methodological developments for the estimation of causal effects in longitudinal and survival data with time-dependent confounders. Currently, I am completing a Ph.D. in Biostatistics at McGill University under the supervision of Dr. Michal Abrahamowicz and Dr. Robert Platt. I am working on the development of methods to address measurement error in prescription-based exposures. In general, I am interested in problems that arise from the analysis of complex electronic health records. I also like to be involved in student committees, having co-organized the Canadian Statistics Student Conference in 2020 and am currently chair of the Student and Recent Graduates Committee of the Statistical Society of Canada.
On a personal touch, I am a soccer aficionado and love biking. However most of my time is spent parenting! I am a proud father of three: a bright toddler and identical twins. I am thus very excited to finally have my own set of counterfactuals!
