Dr Ching-Lung Cheung obtained his PhD in genetic epidemiology of osteoporosis at the University of Hong Kong (HKU). He received post-doctoral training at the Institute For Aging Research, Hebrew SeniorLife, Harvard Medical School under the supervisor of Prof. Doug Kiel and Dr. David Karasik; Genome Institute of Singapore, A*STAR, Singapore, and HKU. In 2013, Dr. Cheung took up his post as Research Assistant Professor at HKU. In 2013, he was appointed as an honorary research fellow in the Institute of Translational Medicine, The University of Liverpool, UK, and worked with Prof. Sir Munir Pirmohamed. He is the principal investigator of a number of research projects funded by RGC and HMRF.
