Michelle Zemsky Dineen is a speech language pathologist, doctoral student, and Visiting Assistant Professor at Elmhurst University. Prior to moving to academia and pursuing her PhD in Interprofessional Healthcare Studies, she spent over two decades in patient care and multidisciplinary rehabilitation management including trauma, critical care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient care. Mrs. Zemsky Dineen serves as chair of the Ethics Education committee, is past chair of the Medical Practice Issues committee, and former Vice President of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs within the Illinois State Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ISHA). She is an ISHA Fellow and a Distinguished Fellow in the National Academies of Practice in recognition for her contributions to interprofessional practice.
