Katie Gore, MA, CCC-SLP is the founder of speech IRL, a communication therapy and consulting firm based in Chicago, IL. Her clinical specialities are stuttering, counseling, and business and ethical issues within SLP. She is the co-founder of Shared Voices, a Chicago-based community nonprofit serving individuals who stutter and their families. She has served on the Board of Directors of the National Stuttering Association, and founded the City of Chicago NSA chapter. She is an adjunct faculty instructor at Rush University, where she teaches coursework in stuttering and fluency disorders.
