Is there a virtual option for the Annual Meeting or is it only in-person?
The 2023 ISCD Annual Meeting is an in-person only, live event. There is no virtual or livestream component to this year’s Annual Meeting.
Will there be any recordings of the sessions made available?
The 2023 ISCD Annual Meeting is a live-lecture only. We will not be making recordings available, and the only way to obtain credit for a given lecture is to attend that lecture in-person. However, some of the Annual Meeting lectures may be repurposed later and turned into Enduring Material.
Is there an event app?
Yes, the ISCD Annual Meeting event app is available in the app stores on both Android and Apple. We recommend downloading the app before you arrive to have the latest information at your finger tips!
From your app store, search "ISCD Events" to get started. Under “Latest Events,” select “ISCD Annual Meeting 2023, then click “Login.” Your login credentials are the same as for ISCD's main website.
How do I personalize my meeting profile?
Registered attendees can log into the Annual Meeting website or app using the same login credentials used on ISCD's main website. Upon first login, registered attendees will be prompted to create their profile, add credentials, add a photo, select ribbons and personalize their privacy settings. See full "How to" for step by step instructions.
How do I create a meeting schedule for myself?
ISCD has provided the ability to create a personalized Meeting Plan, highlighting the specific sessions that you are most interested in. After logging into the event website or app, you can browse through the available sessions by clicking on the "Schedule of Events.” Next to each session title you will see a star. If you want to attend that session, click the star to "Favorite.”
How do I know who else is at the conference?
Click on the "Who's Here" tile to see other attendees who have chosen to share their contact information. To share your information, click the Menu button (appearing as 3 horizontal lines) in the top-right corner of your app, and then click “Settings” (Appearing as a cogwheel). From here, look for the “User Properties” heading and make sure that the slider-button is green and in the right-hand position. If the slider button is grey and in the left-hand position, you are currently opting out of sharing your information, and other attendees will not be able to see you on the app.
How do I connect with other conference attendees?
The annual meeting app will include a messaging function so that you can chat with other attendees directly within the app. The “messages” button can be found in the black bar at the bottom of your app.
Why does the website say the conference starts on March 28 when the Annual Meeting sessions do not start until the evening on March 29?
The open session for ISCD’s 2023 Position Development Conference is being held on March 28. All annual meeting attendees, ISCD members and constituents are encouraged to attend this important discussion and ask any questions they may have. Our members and colleagues in the field are an important part of the process in developing ISCD’s Official Position Statements. Additionally, ISCD is offering an array of educational offerings and opportunities to sit for the paper and pencil certification exam at our host hotel. Registration for the courses and exams are separate from the annual meeting registration.
Who should attend the Position Development Conference open session?

*NOTE: Product Theater Presentations and Office Hours do not have any credit available for attending.
How can I get full credit if some of the sessions are offered concurrently?
You will not be able to attend every single session. Because we want to offer as many interesting session topics as we can, there will be multiple time slots where different sessions are offered concurrently. The maximum credit total will reflect the fact that you will need to choose between several different options at certain time-slots.
How do I claim credits for attending?
You will be able to claim credit for attending the ISCD 2023 Annual Meeting after the Annual Meeting Evaluation has been filled out and submitted, which will be made available to all attendees after the conclusion of the meeting.
